Assalam u aalyekum !
1-Is it permissible to take faal from Quran (a certain type of Istikharah)
2-Keeping in view verse 230 of Sura al Baqarah, Please explain the verse 232 of Sura Al Baqarah. Apparently what seems to me is that verse 230 emphasizes that a woman after divorce can’t marry the ex-husband without performing halalah and verse 232 is allowing to marry ex-husband after “iddat” without performing halalah. Please explain this matter.
